I’m Todd Reibling, founder of TR Network Consulting and a U.S. Navy disabled veteran. My career has been shaped by discipline, accountability, and a strong work ethic, all grounded in a deep understanding of technology. In the Navy, I worked with advanced systems in mission-critical environments where failure simply wasn’t an option.
After leaving the military, I spent over seven years with Hillsborough County Fire Rescue as a firefighter paramedic. As a Rescue Lieutenant, I made life and death decisions every day, always with a focus on precision and responsibility.
I also gained valuable experience in corporate IT, learning how large organisations approach security and compliance. But I realised big business wasn’t the right fit—I wanted to make a real impact by helping small businesses access the same level of protection and professionalism, without all the red tape.
That’s why I started TR Network Consulting: to deliver enterprise-grade IT support with honesty, responsiveness, and a personal touch. I’m supported by a trusted team who share my standards and commitment to client success.
Meghan is Todd’s personal assistant and assists with bookkeeping, general administrative duties, and the help desk.
I am a Cyber Security Analyst who genuinely cares about keeping our clients, their teams, and their data safe. I work closely with MSPs to spot vulnerabilities early, strengthen defences, and turn complex security risks into clear, practical steps that everyone can understand and act on.
I know that behind every system there are real people and real businesses, so I always take the time to listen, explain, and make sure clients feel supported rather than overwhelmed. When I am not analysing logs or testing defences, I am usually exploring new security tools or studying recent breaches so I can give our clients the best possible protection.
